Big Idea Branding & Advertising agency Lebanon launches a new Public Service Announcement Campaign reminding people riding bicycles, motorcycles and ATVs on the importance of wearing helmets. Many lives could have been spared by just wearing a helmet. There is still a chance.

This PSA Campaign by Big Idea is a tribute to Melissa Sfeir who lost her life in the year 2010 in an ATV accident. Melissa had just finished her one month training at Big Idea in the creative department, when we received the sad news. She was a lovely soul, creative mind and wonderful person. You are in our prayers. We know you are watching from above, all angels do.

The Helmets campaign idea was conceptualized, developed, and executed by Edmond H. Sweidy, Founder and Creative Director of Big Idea Branding & Advertising agency Lebanon.

During the war in Iraq, Greenpeace Mediterranean has chosen Big Idea to share part of its concern and affirmations on the NO to any form of violence, and especially war.

For that purpose, an integrated ATL/BTL campaign was developed in collaboration between Edmond Sweidy, Charbel Aouad, and Hani Tamba who flew without a second thought from France in order to shoot the video at VIP Films studios.

The concept for the TV ad was simple and grabbing, featuring an Egg, where a line states “Life Begins Here

BIG HEALTHY EYES ON TRAFFIC SIGNS

Big Idea was appointed by YASA (Youth Association for Social Awareness) to develop an awareness campaign to encourage people to respect traffic signs. Big Idea was not only up to the challenge, but considered it as part of its contribution to the corporate social responsibility any agency must have, thus, the whole campaign was a complimentary gift to YASA and the Lebanese community.

The brilliant campaign was created by Edmond Sweidy, CEO and Creative Director at Big Idea Lebanon, featuring a traffic light wherein the red light is replaced by a red tomato, the green light replaced by a green apple, and the orange light substituted by an orange! The selling line was written by Edmond to be “Traffic Signs… So Healthy

Leading Lebanese fashion designer, Dany Atrache, held his U.S. debut at Couture Fashion Week in New York City on February the 13th at Waldorf Astoria Hotel.

Big Idea Lebanon walked the talk to success on that catwalk alongside the pretty models, creating an elegant and enchanting communications kit that was distributed to VIPs around the world, few weeks before the successful event as well as during the event.

In his brilliant couture collection, Dany Atrache brought back the 70’s by resurrecting the hippie-chic look with astonishing graphic prints, bold colors and sheer fabrics married with lustrous embroidery.

BIG IDEAS COME OUT OF BIG PEOPLE
‘New’ is something totally unrelated to the industry and ‘knew’ is something existing within the industry. When you combine them, you come up with something innovative that can explode any brand’s sales.
Most people say that you can replicate success by using tried and true methods; many say that copywriting is swiping a few files to replicate success. It works in some cases but if you want to take your success to a whole new level, you need a big idea, coming out from passionate, professional and big thinkers.
If you follow a predictable route, the growth will be predictable. Predictably high, perhaps, but if you want to go to the next level you need a big idea.
